Graphic Designer & Multimedia Manager

The role is responsible for creating compelling visual content, including graphic design, photography, and videography, to advance the mission of the Illinois Soybean Association. This includes producing assets for print, digital, and social media platforms while maintaining organizational brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce creative materials for print and digital communications
- Collaborate with Communications staff to translate complex agricultural, research, policy, and market development topics into engaging visual content
- Assist in the development and maintenance of organizational brand assets, templates, and style guides
- Capture high-quality photography and video content at meetings, events, field activities, farm visits, research sites, trade shows, and industry engagements
- Edit and produce videos for social media, websites, presentations, advertising campaigns, events, and educational initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Three to five years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or related creative work
- Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills
- Ability to work individually and as a team member using sound judgment, a willingness to take and follow directions, an ability to handle tasks to completion, versatility, and an ability to manage multiple projects with both short and long-term deadlines
