- Design the first-run experience
- Make capability obvious without a manual
- Design the cues that earn trust
- Define what 'activated' means, instrument it, ship, measure, decide
Requirements
- Strong evidence of exceptional ability
- Ability to ship products people couldn't put down and prove you moved a real metric
- Ability to make complex things feel simple
- Ability to argue product strategy with anyone
- Ability to write sharp copy
- Ability to fix being wrong the same day
