Environmental Graphic Designer

The Environmental Graphic Designer will execute and manage design projects from concept through final production and installation consultation. They will collaborate with various teams to ensure solutions align with client goals and prepare accurate production-ready files.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage environmental graphic design projects from concept through final production and installation consultation while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Conceptualize and create effective, production-ready designs for interior and exterior wayfinding systems, ADA signage programs, branded environments, exhibits, and environmental graphics
- Collaborate with sales, design, and production teams to ensure solutions align with client goals, budgets, timelines, and fabrication capabilities
- Prepare accurate production-ready files, scaled layouts, and documentation for print and fabrication
- Assist in overseeing the end-to-end production process from design approval through fabrication and installation support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional design experience, with at least three (3) years in an environmental graphic design specific role
- Strong portfolio showcasing environmental graphic design projects including signage, wayfinding, branded environments, exhibits, or experiential graphics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with 3D software for project engineering and rendering
- Broad understanding of print production processes, fabrication methods, finishing techniques, and file preparation standards
