Senior UX Designer

The Senior UX Designer will work on MyCare.scot, a digital public service providing access to personal health and social care information. They will shape the user experience from discovery to delivery, influencing design decisions and advocating for users.
Responsibilities
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team on products from discovery to delivery
- Help shape the experience end-to-end, bringing user insight to the table
- Influence design decisions and act as a strong voice for people using the services
- Collaborate with other designers, business analysts, developers, and product owners
Requirements
- Extensive experience as a UX designer developing websites, software applications, and mobile apps
- Clear understanding of UX design techniques and principles
- Experience of using and contributing to a design system
- Ability to confidently lead and facilitate workshops, usability studies, reviews, and presentations
- Proficiency in Figma
