Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will own the design delivery and milestones for digital programs, ensuring high-quality designs are produced. They will also oversee other designers, providing feedback and managing project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Own the design delivery and design milestones for one or more digital programs
- Plan design deliverable milestones, estimate project timelines, and manage other designers to meet deadlines
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design decisions
- Create high-quality screen designs quickly using existing brand guidelines and design systems
- Deliver wireframes and flows in Figma, ensuring consistency and meeting business and user requirements
- Oversee and provide feedback on the work of other designers to ensure design quality meets expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role
- Strong understanding of UX principles, visual design principles, and user research best practices
- Ability to plan and lead design thinking workshops and requirement workshops
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with design systems strategy and native app design strategy
- Strong proficiency in Figma
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior designers
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
