Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer creates brochures, multi-page collateral, and social media graphics while maintaining company brand standards. They collaborate with the Creative Services team to produce layout-driven materials and update PowerPoint presentations.
Responsibilities
- Creating brochures, multi-page collateral, and cut sheets using existing styles and templates
- Designing strong visual layouts and graphics for social media and collateral using Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Collaborating with the Creative Services team and other team members
- Reviewing all work through a thorough quality control process before submitting
- Maintaining company brand standards
Requirements
- Up to 3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar position
- Associate degree in graphic design or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, including character/paragraph styles, master pages, and style sheets
- Working knowledge of the broader Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
- A portfolio or work samples that demonstrate strong layout and design skills
