The Staff Product Designer will own the design process for the core payments product, from problem framing to delivering polished user experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end within the core payments product
- Actively suggest product improvements to enhance user experience and drive innovation
- Design interfaces that are both functional and delightful for complex financial workflows
- Contribute to and help maintain a design system that promotes consistency and scalability across the product
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in a B2B context
- Proven ability to design end-to-end across large, ambiguous product areas
- Strong systems thinker, comfortable with high-abstract tasks and system-level decisions
- A portfolio of 2-3 cases that demonstrate strategic impact, not just execution
