Graphic Designer Packaging (Fixed-Term)

As a Graphic Designer Packaging, you will develop and create print-ready packaging layouts while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will also manage multiple projects and coordinate with external suppliers to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, design, maintain, and create print-ready packaging layouts in line with established brand guidelines
  • Support a variety of graphic design needs, including the creation of labels, headers, hang tags, and other packaging-related materials
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product Managers, Project Managers, Packaging Engineers, and Marketing, to conceptualize and execute innovative packaging solutions
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, as well as the latest design and print technologies, to drive innovation and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and vendors throughout the development process to secure deliverables, manage timelines, and ensure quality standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to artwork specifications and production processes

Requirements

  • A proactive and entrepreneurial personality who thrives in a high-speed and team-oriented environment
  • A structured and professional approach with flexibility in mind
  • An academic university degree in related fields and some documented experience of graphic design
  • Good knowledge in print techniques, and mastery of common graphic design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • An understanding of design principles and a developed aesthetic sense
  • A structured and time-efficient approach, along with good creative problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Experience working with brand and design guidelines is a plus
