Responsibilities
- Support tech squads in designing internal platforms, tools, and AI-based solutions
- Translate operational, organizational, or process problems into clear, prioritized, and actionable use cases
- Conceptualize, prototype, and design innovative solutions to enable the business to visualize potential and make decisions on pilots or developments
- Design experiences and adoption mechanisms to ensure business results: onboarding, training, user guides, and feedback
- Collaborate with business, technology, and innovation profiles in transversal initiatives
- Drive new ways of designing products and technology, incorporating AI in discovery, research, prototyping, documentation, and delivery
- Participate actively in workshops, idea sessions, and solution definition with stakeholders and technical teams
- Work closely with operations: airports, hangars, and real operating environments
Requirements
- Solid experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Service Design
- Dominance of Figma and rapid prototyping
- Experience working on internal products, enterprise platforms, or complex processes
- Ability to collaborate with business, technology, and multidisciplinary teams
- Habitual use of AI in the work process
- Knowledge of copilots, agents, automation, and human-in-the-loop flows
- Autonomous, pragmatic, structured profile with product criteria
- Minimum B2 level of English
