Lead UX Designer

As a UX Lead, you will oversee the delivery of UX design and strategy projects, contributing to planning the overall approach and conceptualizing UX strategies. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to bring your ideas to fruition across various project types.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the delivery of UX design and strategy projects
- Contributing to planning the overall approach to the work
- Conceptualizing UX strategies and solutions
- Working with a multi-disciplinary team to bring ideas to fruition
- Partnering with project managers and other discipline leads to plan project delivery approach
Requirements
- 8+ years of UX design experience in an agency or consulting environment
- University degree or certification in Information Architecture, HCI, Human Factors/Ergonomics, User Experience Design, or a related field
- Portfolio of work including marketing/content-related projects and complex, interaction-rich interfaces
- Proficient experience using Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Suite, or related tools
- Experience creating new products, apps, or sites from the ground up
- User research and usability testing experience
