Responsibilities
- Architect AI Workflows: design proactive, agentic UI patterns for complex internal operations and polished consumer applications
- Execute in Figma: build high-fidelity prototypes, scalable design systems, and developer-ready handoffs with precision
- Bridge Design Engineering: partner deeply with developers to ensure AI technicalities result in a flawless user experience
- Drive Impact: transform manual employee tasks into efficient AI-assisted workflows while maintaining a "wow" factor for customers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5+ years in UX/UI with a strong foundational design background
- AI-Fluent: understand how to design for the unique constraints and possibilities of generative AI
- Figma Expert: mastery of auto-layout, components, and advanced prototyping
- Collaborative: proven track record of working as a peer to engineering teams to ship high-quality code
- Good communication skills
- Must be a US citizen or US national
