Responsibilities

  • Owning and driving the end-to-end design process for major features or product areas of Kiro
  • Creating and validating design solutions through customer research, data analysis, and iterative testing
  • Partnering effectively with product management and engineering to ensure successful delivery
  • Influencing product strategy through strong design rationale and customer advocacy

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience
  • Experience with UX design of complex workflows
  • Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies
