Responsibilities
- Lead UI design end-to-end
- Build and maintain a scalable component library and design system
- Translate complex product requirements into clear, elegant, production-ready interfaces
- Drive UX strategy on key features
- Map and improve end-to-end user workflows
- Produce developer-ready Figma handoffs
- Partner with Engineering daily
- Participate in Agile ceremonies
- Champion design quality and consistency standards
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience
- Strong visual design craft AND solid UX thinking
- English B2 or higher
- Hands-on SaaS product experience
- Expert level Figma proficiency
- Proven experience building or contributing to a design system or component library
- Solid UX fundamentals
- Comfortable designing information-dense UIs
