Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in UX Design or Interaction Design
- Proven experience leading complex UX initiatives
- Strong systems thinking and strategic mindset
- Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and design systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
