Product Design Manager, Premium Design

Lead the design of high-impact, personalized product experiences for high-spender customers within the Premium Design team. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive product strategy and mentor junior designers to mature the overall design practice.
Responsibilities
- Combine craft expertise and leadership skills with an understanding of customers and the business to co-create innovative solutions
- Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for more junior team members and building strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Mentor and help mature the overall product design practice at Capital One
- Navigate the needs of partners and stakeholders, leveraging critical-thinking skills that factor in data, research insights, scalability, and tech constraints
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Design role
- At least 5 years of experience in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership, process, results, and impact
