Senior UX Researcher

Design and implement research throughout the product lifecycle, from early discovery to post-launch measurement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define research roadmaps and establish UX research processes to scale capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing research throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborating with design, product, clinical, and commercial teams to define a research roadmap that answers high-impact product and strategy questions
- Building on past research and evolving insights over time, driving impact by effectively communicating findings to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Taking ownership in defining the role of UX Research at Spring Health as an early member of the team
Requirements
- Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or related field
- 5+ years proven track record conducting UX Research with product teams
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative user research methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to make measurable impact, turning insights into action with excellent facilitation, consensus building, persuasion, and presentation skills
