- Translate business requirements and regulatory rules into clear and functional experiences
- Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the Design System
- Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to validate solutions and enable deliveries
- Participate in understanding user and customer needs to support design decisions
Requirements
- Ability to create intuitive and functional interfaces
- Focus on product: thinking beyond aesthetics and involving yourself in the user problem and customer problem
- Domain of Figma
- Good communication and openness to feedback
- Organization to handle multiple tasks in a lean team
