The Product Designer will create and develop advanced prototypes for digital products, focusing on user experience and interface design. They will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient and high-quality solutions are implemented.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop advanced prototypes for digital products, focusing on user experience and interface design
- Conduct the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring efficient and high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, developers, and other stakeholders to implement solutions
- Translate business needs, user insights, and product requirements into intuitive, accessible, and strategic experiences
- Participate in the construction of user journeys, navigation flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability tests
- Apply good design practices, responsiveness, accessibility, and data-driven design
- Contribute to the evolution and adoption of the Design System, promoting consistency and scalability
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and solution validation processes
- Explore new applications of AI in Product Design, seeking efficiency gains and improved user experience
- Monitor product metrics and results, proposing continuous improvements based on data and user feedback
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer in complex digital products
- Solid experience in advanced prototyping and design tools like Figma
- Experience with portals and applications, preferably in financial services
- Generalist profile with the ability to work in different stages of the design process
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Discovery, and validation methodologies
- Familiarity with Design Systems and component-based architecture
- Practical experience using AI tools to support design processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and agile environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to different audiences
- Intermediate Spanish and English skills
