- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic analysis to inform design decisions
- Participate in product discovery, contributing insights and validations
- Ensure visual and functional consistency of products, aligned with the company's design system
- Follow up on project implementation with development teams, ensuring design fidelity
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
- Solid knowledge of UX/UI Design, Design Thinking, and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Experience with prototyping, usability testing, and solution validation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Updated portfolio demonstrating product design and UX experience
