Design Manager – Internal Finishes

Lead and manage the internal finishes design process from concept to construction, ensuring alignment with project objectives and budgets. Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, compliant documentation and technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of finishes design from concept through to construction, ensuring alignment with project scope, programme, budget, and contractual obligations
- Manage and coordinate consultants, interior designers, architects, and subcontractors in the preparation and delivery of finishes design documentation
- Drive the resolution of design discrepancies, clashes, and technical issues related to finishes
- Oversee compliance with Australian regulations, including the NCC and relevant Australian Standards
Requirements
- Proven at least 5 years of experience as a Design Manager in a similar role
- Relevant qualification in Architecture
- Spanish language skills highly regarded (but not mandatory)
