Product Designer

Own end-to-end product design for complex, data-intensive applications, creating intuitive dashboards and analytical interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable user experiences while leveraging AI tools to accelerate the design process.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product design initiatives, from discovery and ideation through delivery and validation
• Design intuitive, scalable, and accessible user experiences for complex, data-intensive products
• Create dashboards, reports, analytical interfaces, and data visualizations that help users make informed decisions
• Transform complex datasets into clear visual narratives and actionable workflows
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Teams to translate business objectives into impactful product experiences

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Service Design, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a strong emphasis on product design and enterprise applications
• Proven experience designing dashboards, reporting platforms, analytical tools, or other data-intensive experiences
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, scalable component libraries, and collaborative workflows
• Strong understanding of data visualization principles, information architecture, accessibility, and usability best practices
