Lead and deliver large-scale design projects across the Instagram ecosystem, turning conceptual ideas into usable interfaces for billions of users. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to oversee the user experience from conception to launch while innovating with AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver design projects of large and/or ambiguous scope across Instagram's product ecosystem
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our 2 billion+ users
- Design flows and experiences that simplify and distill down complex actions into usable interfaces
- Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems
- Innovate with AI to create new capabilities, improve personalization, or unlock new forms of value that weren't previously possible
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of product design experience
- Demonstrated impact on consumer products at scale
- Portfolio that shows end-to-end ownership of complex, multi-surface product experiences
