The Lead Graphic Designer will manage all design output across the department, ensuring a consistent and high-quality visual standard. This includes designing website graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, and video content while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all design output across the department, ensuring a consistent, high quality visual standard
- Design and maintain website graphics, layouts, and visual assets in collaboration with web and content teams
- Create polished presentation decks (PowerPoint and Keynote) for leadership, sales, and external events
- Produce brochures, one pagers, datasheets, and other print and digital marketing collateral
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional graphic design experience, including time in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital, print, social, and video
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in presentation design tools (PowerPoint, Keynote) and Figma
