UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer will own and improve the user experience across key areas of the ATOM platform, designing intuitive interfaces and workflows for complex insurance processes. They will also work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure practical implementation of designs and continuously improve design processes.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve the user experience across key areas of the ATOM platform
- Design intuitive interfaces and workflows for complex insurance and operational processes
- Create wireframes, interaction flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for new product features
- Contribute to the development and evolution of ATOM’s scalable design system and reusable UI components
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure designs are practical and accurately implemented
Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong experience designing complex SaaS platforms or enterprise products
- Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems
- Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
