The Senior Graphic Designer will create visual assets for motion graphics and guide other designers on design fundamentals. They will collaborate with motion designers and occasionally design posters, pitch decks, and event banners.
Responsibilities
- Design visual assets for motion graphics (typography, layout, iconography, composition)
- Guide other designers on fundamentals — color theory, balance, visual hierarchy
- Collaborate with motion designers to ensure your visuals translate seamlessly
- Experiment with different design styles and evolve our visual identity
- Occasionally design posters, pitch decks, and event banners
- Create visual documentation: moodboards, references, and guidelines
Requirements
- 3+ years in visual/graphic/UI design
- Strong portfolio across styles and formats
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.
- A solid grasp of typography, spacing, color, and layout principles
- Some knowledge of how motion graphics work (not required to animate)
- Experience working in collaborative creative teams
