Graphic Designer, Video Producer & Filmmaker

The role involves designing social media content, creating presentations, and producing videos. You will also film interviews and develop visual standards to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design social media content and marketing assets
• Create presentations, reports, brochures, and visual campaigns
• Film interviews, testimonials, events, and promotional content
• Produce short-form and long-form videos
• Edit videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Create motion graphics and visual storytelling content
• Develop visual standards and maintain brand consistency
• Collaborate with leadership on campaigns and thought leadership content
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation workflows

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, video production, filmmaking, or content creation
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and video work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong storytelling ability
• Experience filming with professional cameras and mobile devices
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, education, and technology

Benefits

• Compensation 8,000–12,000 MAD/month depending on experience, plus performance bonus of up to 30% of annual base salary
