Lead the end-to-end design process for specification products, from research to implementation, using Lean UX and design systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user interfaces and optimize user flows based on event tracking data.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design process for the product line, from research to implementation
- Collaborating with the design system team to ensure consistency and scalability across the SaaS platform
- Using Lean UX knowledge to conduct workshops, solve business problems, and quickly iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects and user-centric design solutions
- Proven experience working with Lean UX methodologies and Agile development processes
- Strong expertise in managing and utilizing design systems
- Ability to collaborate with the product team to interpret event tracking data and incorporate insights into the design process
