UX Designer (6 Month FTC)

The role involves designing and owning the end-to-end digital experience for delegates, clients, and internal customers across various platforms. Key tasks include simplifying registration flows, creating high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove friction from the user journey.
Responsibilities
- Defining and designing the end-to-end delegate and visitor experience across the digital ecosystem
- Creating cohesive and consistent UX across multiple products and touchpoints
- Leading UX thinking to simplify registration flows and improve conversion
- Designing personalization strategies to enhance relevance for different audience groups
- Mapping customer journeys and service blueprints to identify pain points and opportunities
Requirements
- Passion for creating intuitive, human-centered experiences
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Experience working on complex digital ecosystems (desirable)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, registration platforms, event apps, or identity management (desirable)
