The Graphic Designer will lead the design and production of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, creating compelling digital assets and collaborating with multiple teams. They will also support the development of private brand visual identities and maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and production of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Create compelling digital assets, including web graphics, paid media ads, email creative, and social media content
  • Apply conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving from initial concept through final production
  • Collaborate daily with creative services leadership, brand management, marketing, digital, and category teams
  • Support the development and evolution of private brand visual identities and campaign creative

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on design experience across digital and print media
  • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work
  • Strategic, concept-first designer with strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling skills
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand standards and design systems
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
