Lead design discovery and strategic user-centered design efforts to expand the Education Services division. Create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and user journey maps while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead design discovery efforts, facilitating brainstorming sessions, workshops, and reviews
- Present design concepts and user insights to stakeholders
- Conduct website and product audits to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and maintain end-to-end user journey maps
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate design execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design
- Strong focus on user research and usability testing
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, e.g., Figma, Figma Make, FigJam
- Experience managing and contributing to design systems
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
