Senior UX Writer and Content Designer, Chrome

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create polished content for Chrome's AI features and trust and safety tools. Lead the content design discipline by establishing guidelines and aligning product narratives across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, UXR, product managers, engineers, legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to develop clear, concise, and polished content for trust and safety features, from conception to implementation
- Lead the value of the content design discipline, establish relationships, and build alignment across teams and product areas
- Consider the user experience, including AI-specific elements like prompt design and system instructions
- Balance and manage feedback from multiple stakeholders and apply knowledge in incorporating revisions
- Develop, document, and maintain writing guidelines and word lists
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in UX writing, content design, technical writing, writing, editorial, marketing, or related
- Experience on UX-focused product writing and shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
- Experience with AI prompt writing or model UX
- Portfolio, website, or relevant link to work
