The Visual Designer will own and evolve the brand book, making decisions on visual identity and executing creative assets for various platforms. They will also collaborate with Growth and Product teams to ensure design quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and evolve the brand book
- Make visual identity decisions
- Design assets for social media, performance marketing, email, and web
- Develop original illustrations that enhance brand storytelling
- Edit and composite images to brand standard
- Use AI tools for rapid prototyping
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related design discipline
- Has worked on or contributed to a brand book at an early-stage or growth-stage company
- A strong, demonstrable aesthetic point of view
- Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma proficiency required
