The Visual Designer will develop creative designs based on customer briefs and work closely with clients to translate their needs into visually appealing designs. They will also manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative designs based on the brief shared by the customer
- Help define the basic elements of the design
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and translate those needs into visually appealing and effective designs
- Create consistent designs that are in accordance with the brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure designs are current and innovative
- Work and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Continuously strive to improve design skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field
- Proven experience as a Visual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in print design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work in rotational shift
