The Graphic Designer will create engaging visual content to strengthen Baly's brand presence across various channels. This includes designing assets for marketing campaigns, digital communications, and offline materials.
Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, performance advertising, and promotional activities
- Develop campaign visuals that effectively communicate key messages and support business objectives
- Create engaging content for customer-facing marketing initiatives across multiple channels
- Design assets for CRM communications, push notifications, emails, in-app banners, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints
- Create visual assets for Baly's products, services, and app experiences
- Maintain and apply Baly's visual identity guidelines and design standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, advertising, marketing, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, advertising, and marketing design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience designing for both digital and print environments
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding principles
