Lead the end-to-end UX design and research process for financial technology products across web, mobile, and hardware interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to establish a design vision and mentor junior designers to ensure alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage the UX design and research process end-to-end
- Collaborate with stakeholders to influence strategic decisions and establish a design vision that aligns with business goals
- Conduct user research to gain insights into customer behavior, ensuring designs are based on user needs
- Develop low- and high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the UX team
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with Fiserv’s business goals
Requirements
- Understands the intersection of research, design, technical development, and business strategy
- Is passionate about seeing projects through from inception to launch and beyond
- Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment and enjoys working with cross-functional teams
- Is flexible, open to feedback, and committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for users and the organization
- Experience in the Financial Technology, Payments, Banking, or Financial Services industry
