Digital Product Designer (UX/UI) (m/w/d)

Responsible for the holistic UX/UI design of the broker product, from research-based user flows to high-quality interfaces. Collaborates with product management to develop concepts and maintain a consistent design system.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the holistic UX/UI design of the broker product
• Collaborate closely with product managers to develop and refine product concepts and translate them into convincing UX concepts
• Develop and maintain the design system, including the definition of new components and ensuring consistent application across the product

Requirements

• Funded expertise in Figma and design systems
• 2-5 years of practical UX/UI experience, ideally with a background in finance or a related field
• Strong communication skills, autonomous and proactive work style, and genuine interest in current design and finance trends
• Fluent German language skills, written and spoken
