Lead the UX/UI of Mars's products, from ideation to implementation. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements and shape roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI of Mars's products, from ideation to implementation
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and establish design processes
- Translate complex security workflows into clear, intuitive interfaces
- Build and evolve the Mars design system and visual language
- Run user research directly with design partners and end users
- Consistently share work with cross-functional team members, leadership, and customers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer
- Excellent understanding and eye for visual design principles
- Track record of designing elegant solutions to complex, data-heavy B2B products
- Strategic mindset and ability to shape product strategy and roadmaps
- Experience fostering strong collaborations with cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in initiating user research studies
- Previous start-up experience
- Experience with Figma and design systems
- Cybersecurity, SOC, or developer/data tools background is an advantage
