Drive UX and product design for complex workflows and product areas while partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers. Help evolve the design system and explore AI-powered workflows to improve collaboration between design and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Drive UX and product design for complex workflows and product areas
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development process
- Help evolve the design system and design infrastructure
- Work comfortably with code, component libraries, and engineering environments to bridge design and implementation
- Explore, define, and scale AI-powered workflows across the design team
- Evaluate new tools and approaches that improve collaboration between design and engineering
- Help the team adopt more efficient, flexible, and modern ways of working
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, Frontend Engineering, or a combination of both
- Experience designing complex B2B products and workflows
- Strong product thinking and a track record of simplifying complex experiences
- Experience working with design systems and component-based products
- Comfortable navigating codebases, repositories, and frontend technologies without being a full-time engineer
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar
- A builder mindset and a desire to improve processes, tools, and team workflows
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across design, product, and engineering
