Senior Product Designer (with ecommerce or marketplace experience)

The Senior Product Designer will own the entire design lifecycle for the Marketplace ecosystem, transforming complex workflows into user-centered experiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and drive data-informed design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Champion the End-to-End Vision for the Marketplace ecosystem
- Architect Product Strategy, defining problem statements and setting success metrics
- Drive Data-Informed Iteration, synthesizing quantitative data and qualitative research into design decisions
- Master Stakeholder Synergy, leading high-level alignment sessions and workshops
Requirements
- 8+ Years of Experience in UX/UI and Product Design for digital products
- Full End-to-End Ownership of the design lifecycle
- Strategic Product Partnership experience
- High-Level Stakeholder Management skills
- Data-Informed Decision Making expertise
