The UX Designer will plan and conduct insight work among target groups using qualitative and quantitative methods, analyze and structure insights for product teams, and contribute to the design process from early phases to final solutions. They will also test and validate solutions with users and help develop methodologies within the product organization.

- Analyze and structure insights, making them relevant and understandable for product teams
- Translate insights into concepts, hypotheses, and concrete product improvements
- Contribute to the design process from early stages to finished solutions
- Test and validate solutions with users
- Contribute to the development of methodology, work approach, and competence in insight work
Requirements
- Experience in UX work, focusing on user insight and concept development
- Familiarity with methods such as interviews, user testing, and insight analysis
- Ability to translate insights into concrete recommendations and product improvements
- Ownership, ensuring good collaboration and efficient processes
- Motivation to shape the new organization
- Interest in new technology and its impact on user behavior
