The Senior UX Designer will define and own the end-to-end UX vision for Lenovoâs Hybrid Cloud and Agentic AI platform, ensuring coherence across all modules. They will lead UX strategy and experience differentiation for complex, multi-domain enterprise workflows.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end UX vision for Lenovo's Hybrid Cloud and Agentic AI platform
- Lead UX strategy and experience differentiation for complex, multi-domain enterprise workflows
- Design seamless cross-module user journeys
- Establish and maintain UX principles, standards, and interaction patterns
- Partner with Product Managers to translate enterprise customer needs into scalable UX solutions
- Collaborate with Engineering to align UX decisions with platform architecture and technical constraints
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of UX or product design experience
- Proven experience designing complex, multi-module enterprise systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work
- Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma and FigJam
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
