The Product Designer will analyze project requirements and document workflows for execution. They will lead the design team, ensuring visual coherence and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and understanding project requirements, documenting flows and processes for correct execution
- Coordinating constantly with the Design area to ensure visual coherence and compliance with product objectives
- Leading and supervising the design team, promoting collaborative work and compliance with objectives
- Planning, monitoring, and ensuring timely project delivery under quality standards
- Facilitating communication between different areas involved in projects to ensure adequate execution
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and digital product experiences
- Elaborating functional documentation related to initiatives and projects in the area
Requirements
- Bachiller or titulado in Diseño Gráfico, Diseño Digital, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Comunicación or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product design, project management, or similar positions
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies (UX/UI)
- Handling of design and prototyping tools
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and results-oriented skills
