Motion Graphic Designer

You will own motion design from concept to export, creating various types of video content including brand videos and social media reels. You will also handle multiple briefs and deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations that bring brands to life
• Cut, pace, and polish video content across formats, with a sharp eye for storytelling and timing
• Understand how music, sound design, and audio mixing contribute to impact
• Use AI video and motion tools to generate starting points, explore directions, and move faster without cutting corners
• Handle multiple briefs, multiple clients, and multiple deadlines without slowing down
• Self-directed QC, with the ability to notice and fix issues without being asked

Requirements

• 2 years experience in motion design, video editing, or a related field
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, animation, and video work
• Genuine AI fluency, with experience using AI video and motion tools
• Tool fluency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Obsessive fundamentals in timing, pacing, composition, and typography in motion
• Volume mindset, with the ability to maintain quality across a high number of deliverables
