The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research and analyze data to create user-centric interfaces for web and mobile products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups while continuously improving designs based on user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through surveys, focus groups, and other methods to gather insights into user needs and behaviors
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends that inform design decisions
- Use data and user research to inform the design of user interfaces, ensuring that designs are both user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure that designs meet the needs of both users and the business
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for product designs
- Test and validate designs through user testing and other methods
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Math, CS, Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
- Strong background in both user research and interface design
- Interest in the full product life cycle from low-fidelity wireframe to implementation and analytics
- Experience working on an agile team and familiarity with agile methodologies in a product-driven organization
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
