The role focuses on elevating the visual and functional quality of digital products by creating intuitive interfaces and conducting user research. The designer will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop prototypes and iterate solutions based on data and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Dedicate yourself to the craft, visual refinement, and quality of deliveries, demonstrating a high level of proactivity and commitment to product evolution
- Design friendly, creative, and intuitive interfaces, with attention to detail and visual excellence
- Conduct research and tests with user personas to understand their needs, behaviors, and interactions
- Constantly strive for excellence, identifying problems, testing hypotheses, and discovering opportunities that drive improvements in experience
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to build innovative solutions
- Develop prototypes, conduct experiments, and usability tests to find answers with agility and efficiency
- Base design decisions on data, experience metrics, and research results
- Commit to documenting the design process in a clear, transparent, and accessible manner
Requirements
- Academic background in Design, Advertising, or related fields
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in consulting firms and financial sector companies
- Strong knowledge of Visual Design and/or UI Design
- Use of AI tools in the creative process, with construction of experiments and MVPs with AI
- Portfolio with visual excellence
- Passion for craft
- Previous experience in Branding is a plus
- Previous experience in fintechs is a strong differential
