Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences and provide design leadership to align stakeholders around a shared vision. Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, high-fidelity prototyping, and the maintenance of design systems.
Responsibilities
- Be an effective collaborator with cross-functional teams, thinking critically, and offering creative and effective solutions to problems
- Provide design leadership to align a group around a shared vision and direction including workshop facilitation
- Advocate for the user by championing a user-centered design approach and best practices
- Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
- Present your designed solutions to your team and/or client stakeholders and facilitate constructive feedback and iteration
- Refine and deliver your designs at high-fidelity, considering the details and interactions surrounding the experience
Requirements
- Professional experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role
- Software: Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, FigJam, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Research: Strong knowledge of user research methods and ability to conduct usability testing and present research insights
- Collaboration: Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
- Communication: Fluent in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to gather and interpret project objectives and design requirements
- Strategic: Ability to identify needs, think critically, convey ideas, and align a team around a vision
