Responsibilities
- Own design projects end-to-end
- Lead a small design team

- Build and scale design systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Translate designs into front-end code
- Use AI tools actively in the workflow
Requirements
- 3-4 years of product design experience
- Portfolio showing work on scaled, customer-facing products
- AI-first mindset
- Strong UX fundamentals
- Experience building or scaling a design system for a consumer app
- Understanding of business context
