The Visual Designer will own and evolve Lytmus' visual identity across various platforms, ensuring that design decisions support student outcomes. They will create high-performing visual assets and collaborate closely with product, content, and growth teams.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Lytms' visual identity across product, marketing, social media, and content
- Design high-performing thumbnails and visual assets
- Translate brand intent into strong layouts, typography, composition, and visual systems
- Create illustrations, graphics, and communication assets across multiple formats
- Develop 3D assets and renders for mobile-first experiences when required
Requirements
- Strong craft and thinking skills
- Understanding of visual design principles
- Ability to build a visual language that students instantly recognize and trust
- Experience with branding, illustrations, marketing creatives, and product surfaces
