As a Design Lead, you will design and develop products for large-scale projects and lead category aesthetics and play patterns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and mentor others while managing complex product segments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce and deliver new product lines
- Facilitate brainstorms for any brand within the respective category
- Research and interpret current market and consumer trends
- Ideate, design, and develop high-complexity items or product segments
- Lead product review meetings and create plans for technical deliverables
Requirements
- 8+ years of toy design or consumer product development experience
- Undergraduate degree in Industrial Design, BFA, or equivalent
- Ability to handle objections effectively and evolve discussions
- Able to plan ahead and identify strategies to keep projects on-track
