- Managing projects independently and collaborating with researchers and content designers
- Driving design practices and championing human-centered design in an agile environment
- Presenting designs to stakeholders and leadership, clearly articulating the decisions made
- Adopting the product design system, including UX standards, best practices, styles, patterns, and guidelines
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in product design
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles
- Well-versed in design, critical thinking, and problem-solving
- Experience working on enterprise software is a bonus
